The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for leading tier 3 and 4 projects for design, video, digital, and events. This position will also act as a relationship manager with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional and consistent service. The Associate Project Manager will work closely with the Manager of Production Management on projects supporting all corporate business units an The Official Fan Club. The Associate Project Manager will also coordinate and support Project Managers on tier 1 and 2 projects. The position will report to the Manager of Production Management.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage successful relationships with clients of various disciplines and quickly establish rapport. Collaborate with PMs and Manager of Production Management to communicate project scope and manage project's time, cost, and quality.
• Support the Manager of Production Management and PMs on executing tier 3 and 4 projects across creative and client teams.
• Work with PMs and Manager of Production Management to assess scope to confirm projects can be completed within the requested timeline and budget. Support PMs and Manager with client communications.
• Assist PMs and Manager of Production Management in the development of feasible project plans and schedules that benefits both the client and the internal resource teams.
• Assist Manager of Production Management in administrative duties for reporting, Smartsheet maintenance, and file organization.
• Experience in coordinating multiple projects at one time.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years minimum PM experience
• Well-versed in project management systems such as Smartsheet.
• Experience with Adobe Suite is preferred not mandatory
• MS-Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Marketing/Creative Agency experience preferred.

Required Education:

• Associate’s degree – Business or related Major OR equivalent experience

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $36 to $40 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
