Responsibilities:
- Will help with JIRA boards / stories, building decks and other materials for leadership, writing some requirements, among other things.
- Developing written requirement for applications.
- Participates in project work, including analysis and requirements definition and testing.
- Identifies system enhancements, document business needs and determines development impacts to current system processing and works with programmers and users to ensure accuracy or enhancements.
- Consults on development and updating of training materials and user manuals and prepares documentation for assigned products.
- Provides daily production support to assigned system(s) to identify production problems and resolves systems problems.
- Participates in conversions, mergers, maintenance and development projects, including analysis and testing.
- Completes special projects, and performs systems testing and other assigned duties.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 – 5 years experience
- Proficiency in M365
- Preparing meeting materials – strong communication skills

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $39 to $44 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
