Position Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between functional departments and IT by gathering complex business requirements, managing projects, and ensuring technology and processes align with IT standards through collaboration during analysis, development, and testing phases as a Business Integration Analyst
Convey business goals to data professionals, ensuring the creation of effective models and solutions tailored to specific use cases
Guide the IT development team through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), acting as a key liaison between business functions and IT to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration
Transform complex business needs into formal requirements documentation, supporting the design and development of the end state solution while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives
Analyze change requests to evaluate their feasibility in relation to existing business processes, ensuring that all modifications enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Provide comprehensive project management oversight, coordinating essential activities such as testing, implementation, training, and solution deployment to ensure successful project outcomes
Design and develop data visualization reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and ThinkCell, effectively communicating insights that support strategic decision-making and organizational goals
Travel up to 10%

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Business, Information Technology or related field and 1 to 2 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 4 plus years of specific experience
Intermediate ability with SQL
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s Degree
Experience with major ERP systems like VIP and technologies such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Alteryx
