Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the School of Business, including full-time and adjunct faculty, degree programs, and curriculum development.
• Develop and assess course offerings and degree programs to ensure academic excellence.
• Manage the schools budget and participate in faculty recruitment and development.
• Promote research and scholarship within the school.
• Maintain the Business Advisory Committee and ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Lead the schools efforts in accreditation processes, including familiarity with American institutional accreditation and specialized systems such as AACSB.
• Ensure the School of Business website is up-to-date and accurately reflects program offerings and achievements.

PhD in Business Administration or relevant field (Recent PhD graduates are encouraged to apply).
