WE ARE HIRING: COMMUNITY CARE COORDINATOR
OUR COMMUNITY CARE PROGRAM: Our Community Care program is an exciting new direction in Emergency Medical Services, created to get upstream of the needs of the community. Our team responds to 911 emergency calls and provides preventative medical intervention and solutions to our community.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The successful candidate will provide strategic oversight and direction to the Community Care Program, supervising the performance and workflow of our Community Care Provider staff. As the program lead, this position will participate in planning, development and achieving goals and initiatives to grow service and support the program objectives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates Degree
- 5 years' experience in medical related field with a minimum of one year performing emergency medical services in a pre-hospital setting.
- Experience in leadership, planning, and program management.
- Valid OR or Nat'l Registry EMT License or reciprocity within 90 days of hires - must maintain license as a condition of employment. A licensure equivalent or greater in scope and practice will be considered.
- Valid OR drivers' license
Benefits and Compensation:
Salary: $6,223 - $7,564/ mo. + EMS and Education Incentive Pay
- This position is represented by the International Association of Firefighters Local 1817.
- 40-hour work week schedule (4-10s), front loaded sick leave bank, accrued vacation, sick leave and holiday time-off/pay.
