Job Description:
Aquent Studios is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Project Manager (80% focus on digital projects) to join our Global Brand Cosmetics, Skin Care, Perfume, and Personal Care team . This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of digital and e-commerce initiatives, providing
strategic oversight, and driving collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders. You will work closely with 2-3 Digital Art Directors to align creative vision with execution and assist in project managing of a Production Artist. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and have a proven track record in implementing systems that enhance team efficiency.
Key Job Accountabilities
1. Strategic Workflow Management:
*Oversee and centralize project timelines for digital and e-commerce initiatives across Brand Marketing, Brand Activation, Consumer Activation, Content Factory and Brand Engagement teams.
* Ensure alignment of creative deliverables with overarching business goals and marketing strategies.
* Establish processes to track progress, identify potential roadblocks, and provide solutions to meet deadlines efficiently.
2. Enhanced Collaboration:
* Working closely with 2-3 Digital Art Directors to translate creative visions into actionable project plans.
* Manage one Packaging and Production Artist, ensuring their tasks are prioritized, tracked, and delivered on time.
* Act as a liaison to bridge communication gaps between Creative, Marketing, Global Brand Team, CDMO, and other cross-functional teams.
3. Resource Allocation and Productivity Optimization:
* Assess workload distribution to allocate resources effectively, matching the right talent with the right projects.
* Optimize productivity by identifying and eliminating redundancies or inefficiencies in the workflow.
* Collaborate with leadership to prioritize high-impact projects that align with
brand and business priorities.
4. Operational Excellence:
* Implement systems and tools to streamline workflows, manage assets, and track approvals.
* Monitor timelines for creative assets, ensuring deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
5. Budget and Resource Management:
* Track digital project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.
* Manage external vendors and monitor outsourced deliverables to ensure high-quality results within budget constraints.
6. Approval Workflow Management:
* Act as the central point of contact for gathering feedback and approvals from key stakeholders.
* Develop and enforce standardized processes for feedback collection and revision cycles to avoid delays.
* Ensure all creative assets meet retailer and brand-specific requirements before submission.
7. Innovation and Process Improvement:
* Stay updated on industry trends and tools to recommend process innovations that enhance team efficiency.
* Drive the adoption of new technologies and platforms to improve project tracking, asset management, and communication.
8. Support for Special Initiatives:
* Manage unique projects such as sales meeting requests, photoshoot coordination, and special retailer activations (e.g., seasonal campaigns, product launches).
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
* Oversee PDP pages and digital storefronts across all e-retail channel (including our brand site, Amazon, and Walmart) for seasonal campaigns and product launches.
* Collaborate with Digital Art Directors to align on creative direction and execution.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, gather feedback, and align on priorities for digital projects.
* Manage and support the Production Artist in delivering high-quality, on-brand assets.
* Track artwork, manage digital creative calendars, and oversee asset uploads and file naming conventions for digital needs.
* Brief and outsource projects to vendors and monitor progress.
* Monitor and maintain digital budgets.
Skills Required
* Experience: 7+ years in digital or creative project management or a similar role within the creative industry.
* Program Proficiency: MS Office, Adobe Creative Suites Suite and Project Managing programs.
* Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to implement systems and optimize workflows.
* Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across functional teams and departments.
* Adaptability: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Problem-Solving: Strategic thinker, excellent at anticipating challenges and developing proactive solutions.
* Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Required Qualifications
Compensation Range: $40-50
