Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. In
this role, you will focus on incoming sales and answering phone calls to build relationships with
boat owners, dealers, and manufacturers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about boating and outdoor recreation

advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively receiving calls and fulfilling the needs of customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, marinas, and other
boating related businesses.
- Promote our range of custom boat covers, Bimini tops, and marine enclosures for all
types of boats.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales
process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Send invoices and receive payments.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right
candidate.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with boating, outdoor recreation, or marine products is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with
diverse customers.
- Motivation: A self-starter with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Availability: Must be based in Springfield, MO.
- Technology: Experience with basic computer skills, specifically Google Docs and
Spreadsheets is preferred.
