What You Will Be Doing
As the Cyber Intel Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and mitigating complex cybersecurity threats, ensuring the integrity of our networks and systems. You will be a key player in our incident response and threat intelligence efforts, working closely with our team to identify and address potential security risks. Your responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring and analyzing threat intelligence to identify and mitigate cybersecurity threats
* Providing timely detection, alerting, and response to malicious network activity
* Conducting in-depth analysis of security incidents and developing strategies for remediation
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective security measures
* Staying up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to continuously improve our cybersecurity posture

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
- * Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
* Effective oral and written communication skills
* Experience monitoring and analyzing threats on the network.
* Familiar with Incident Response
* Ability to obtain DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Sec + CE) within 6-months
* Ability to break down complex issues into understandable components and communicate at the appropriate level for the target audience
Desired Skills:
* Understanding of DOD policy and procedures
* Host and Network security tools, including eMASS, ACAS, Trellix, Splunk, and Core Impact
* Experience working with NIST 800-53 / RMF
* DoD environment
* Ability to communicate at multiple levels both orally and in writing, internally and externally
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
