Job Description BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Data and Test Manager to support our work as a prime contractor on a high-profile U.S. Navy weapon system under the Maintenance Applications (MA) Team. By joining our MA Team, you will become a member of a diverse, enthusiastic, and highly productive team, where each employee has the opportunity to grow their skills and work on rewarding projects under the US and UK TRIDENT Submarine Strategic Weapons System and US Attack Weapons System programs. The MA team's focus is developing software based on forward planning and critical engineering disciplines and covering the entire life cycle from needs identification through sustainment of deployed software. The software products support equipment maintenance onboard submarines and supporting shore activities and is developed using an Agile engineering methodology and toolset, including continuous integration and automated testing. The selected candidate will be responsible for Managing the Data and Test team and will work closely with the MA developing engineering team.

Job Duties / Responsibilities
Develop, complete, and review the Quarterly Data Delivery schedule:
- Daily Data Production tasks
Complete contract deliverable as defined by Data Delivery Schedule on time or early without data at errors, as well as unscheduled deliveries, includes:
- Maintain Schedule Milestones for areas within your realm of responsibility.
- Data Production
- Update database
- Data Deliveries
- Communication
Respond to user support requests according to support process. Includes:
- User support issues
- Account Management
- Properly log and track them in Jira, metrics provided as needed
Experience with test process execution and analysis management
Support of customer meetings including other contractors' meetings and be vigilant to provide inputs when needed and to bring back AI to the Maintenance Applications (MA) team.
Assists in reviewing and updating all MA process, Work Instructions (WI)s, forms and templates as well as identifying impacts to MA on Strategic Systems Programs Alteration (SPALT)s and any other engineering documents.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Minimum education and years of related/relevant work experience required: Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of related/relevant work experience.

Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

- Manage product integration and verification
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations internally and with customers
- Monitor and report metrics such as System Technical Performance Measures

- Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies (Agile and hybrid), and tools (Jira, HelpDesk tickets or Heat or Remedy)
- Experience leading a systems engineering program team
- User support experience
- Data package management
- Fast paced multi-tasking environment
- Able to learn how to navigate the in house MA Software as well as SharePoint/Jira.
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations would be nice to have.
- Proficiency in applications word processing, spreadsheet, and database development programs (such as Word, Excel, Enterprise resource planning, and Access) to prepare appropriate reports and documents.
- Analytical and technical problem solving.
- Able to learn Media creation using various COTs products.
- Able to learn how to handle shipping Data Packages via FEDEX.
- Experience performing requirements analysis, derivation and allocation, and translating requirements to viable concepts design solutions
- Experience with Integration and test at the system level
