Job Description:
Hiring for Short Term Data Entry Assistant!
Must be onsite 5 days a week in Richmond, VA
4 week project
We are seeking temporary Data Entry Assistants to join our team for a short-term project. The primary responsibility will be to transfer information from various documents into our database. This project will require approximately 2000 forms to be entered into our system. This role requires a high level of accuracy and confidentiality, as the data includes sensitive customer information such as addresses and Social Security Numbers (SSNs). This work must be performed on-site at the Paymerang Richmond Office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately enter data from PDF documents into the database.
* Ensure the confidentiality and security of all data.
* Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Work independently with no access to email, personal phones, or other personal devices during work hours.
* Expected completion rate of 25-30 Forms entered per day
* Scan and print files when requested
Basic Qualifications:
* Proven experience in data entry or similar role.
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Successful completion of a background check.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
