Job Description:
Apex Systems is looking to hire an ONSITEDiagnostic Engineer for our client based out of Greensboro, NC.This assignment is anticipated to be a 12 month contract with strong potential for extension; however, Apex Systems cannot guarantee the length of this assignment.
This will also have a first shift Monday-Friday schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and providing diagnostic strategies & special tools for our technicians.
- Perform test analysis through analyzing and reviewing design specifications and creating test cases.
- Verify and validatediagnostic tool software and other parts of diagnostics solutions.
- Following all necessary steps in the software testing process including test preparation, test execution and test reporting.
- Bachelor in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Computer Engineering.
- Experience with heavy duty vehicle diagnostics, repair and maintenance, heavy duty product development or as verification/test engineer.
- Basic knowledge of the equipment for electronics system / component testing (CANoe, CANalyzer, others, etc.).
- Knowledge in agile software development techniques.
- Experience with software verification and validation, test case, use cases and system releases.
- Software test certification is merit.
- Experience working in a global environment.
