The digital product owner provides hands-on technical and functional input to design, maintenance, build, integration and testing of complex software components per functional and technical design specifications; Follow software development methodologies and release processes.
In this role, you will report directly to our Sr Director IT and work out of either our Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Houston, TX or Phoenix, AZ locations on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Have knowledge and experience of working according to agile methodologies and lean product development
- Work with business stakeholders to define and track key product performance indicators (KPIs), release-specific success metrics
- Own product vision and roadmap for products and initiatives
- Develop and drive overall portfolio strategy, product plans, vision, roadmap and business cases to support product related investments
- Play a leadership role within the Scrum team to ensure that capabilities are in-scope, on-time and of high quality
- Assist in the development of product roadmaps
- Implement User-Centered-Design methodologies and research to achieve high user value and satisfaction
- Interface to partner Enterprise Account Servicing Experience (EASE) team to support delivery of Enterprise Customer strategy within a single account servicing experience
- Manages, prioritizes, and assesses the impact of all work items, such as new features, defects, including providing the decision to create, fix or defer at the project level
- Provide intake for customer and stakeholder feedback/suggestions

YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner
- 3+ years of experience with demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- 3+ years of experience using Jira or other tools
- 3+ years of experience in digital ecommerce function
WE VALUE
- CSPO, SCRUM, SFDC, SAFE, PMI, MBA, ASCP, HFI, PMP, CMS experience
- Agile methodologies experience
- Able to deliver software development/integration projects that cover front-end, backend, online and offline
- Able to own roadmap and help to shape this by working closely with various stakeholders to integrate with business strategy
- Experience with change management and working in a matrix or complex global environment
- Makes sound and timely decisions based on careful consideration of a range of factors, including all aspects of risk and return
- Experience with testing and validation
- Microsoft Office products and applicable databases
- Change Management practices and Process Engineering methodologies
- Multiple technical software delivery life cycles
- User Centred Design and design thinking
- Enthusiastic, thorough, inclusive and results-oriented
