Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of IT to lead our Mower initiative, focusing on enhancing customer supply chain resiliency through AI and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in app/dev leadership, data analytics, and AI technologies, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of a cloud-based AI-powered platform for customer supply chain resiliency planning, demand forecasting, and optimization.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive application strategy that aligns with organizational and customer objectives.
- Lead the migration of existing apps and services to the Microsoft technology stack.
- Manage the integration of Copilot functionalities and ensure data is clean, structured, and ready for analytical processing.
- Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, IT, sales, and customers, to achieve project goals.
- Implement data and decision-making pipelines to reduce time to insights and action.
- Maintain security, governance, and compliance standards throughout the project.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in IT application management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Practical experience in deploying AI/ML solutions to solve business problems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, microservices, and Power Platform.
- Proven experience in leading complex IT projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent understanding of analytics, ETL, and data privacy best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience with agile delivery models and managing product backlogs.
- Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles.
- Familiarity with Copilot functionalities and AI services integration.
- Certification in project management or agile methodologies.
