Description:The Director of the SAP Ecosystem Center of Excellence will lead process and systems/technology enablement on behalf of key and critical transformation stakeholders (e.g., HR, Finance, Communications, Global Business Development and Strategy, CETO, etc.) for all SAP platforms and applications.

The ideal candidate will have significant background and experience with business transformation and enablement including business process design; business process optimization; IT program management; cost account management, change leadership and learning; agile and product focused processes/methodologies/tools; and systems engineering and architecture. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential in managing large scale, cross-functional and cross-BA activities, and developing integration strategies to ensure connectivity and an integrated strategic approach to the design and implementation of new processes and enabling systems/technologies.

Responsible for management of all SAP Enterprise Agreements and software asset management including contractual and business relationships and vendor/partner roadmaps, negotiation strategies and execution in support of enterprise agreements; software asset management to include license management and compliance, License Sharing Initiative (LSI), and software asset management.

This position is fully virtual and requires travel.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $180,000 - $300,000. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
