Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) in Owego, New York is seeking a full time Early Career Electrical Engineer. In this role, you will work closely with a team of engineers to design custom test racks and cabling using commercial equipment, support the parts procurement and build of your designed test rack and validation of performance of test racks for programs that supports mission systems of fixed or rotary wing aircraft. The successful candidate will be flexible, motivated, dedicated, detail-focused, team-focused, and capable of multi-tasking. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.

The Locale: Owego, New York is located about 200 miles northwest of New York City and about 75 miles south of Syracuse New York. Owego sits just north of the border with Pennsylvania and is part of what's known as the "Southern Tier" section of New York State. The region is home to Binghamton University and Cornell University. Niagara Falls, NYC, & Philadelphia are all within a few hours' drive from Owego. Rolling hillsides, historic homes, quaint country shops, riverside restaurants, fabulous festivals and a beautiful river make this region a great place to live.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering or related discipline
-Experience and/or knowledge of basic electronic measurement equipment (Oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.) and it's application to collect test data and analysis.
-Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
-Must be a US Citizen.; This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access

- Analog, Digital and power supply circuit design
- Familiarity with processor design & architecture
- Designing custom test racks using commercial equipment for validating and evaluating customer hardware performance

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $55,300 - $106,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
