Full Job Description

Description:The selected candidate will be a member of the F16 System Design team. Duties will include development of requirements and associated documentation based on customer needs, coordination across teams and anomaly investigation. The selected candidate will be responsible for applying technical principles, theories and system engineering concepts to meet technical and schedule milestones, identify risk and ensure customer needs are being addressed. The selected candidate will be responsible for applying earned value management technical principles, theories, and tools to administer the technical, schedule, and cost performance of system design control accounts.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related technical degree from an accredited college in an engineering or other STEM related discipline

- Requirements management experience

- Experience with Avionics, System Design, Software development and/or System Test Engineering Processes
Desired Skills:
- F-16 Avionics and/or Software Experience
- Experience with system design
- Experience with Agile Software Development Process
- Experience with System and Software Engineering Processes
- Experience with Test, Evaluation, and Verification Processes
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Control Account Management (CAM) Certified
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
