Description:Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) Training, Logistics & Sustainment (TLS) is seeking a software engineer at Hurlburt Field, Florida. In this role you will have the responsibility of:

Engage in the development of solutions across components of software systems through design, integration, implementation and support
* Development using agile processes and various technology stacks
* Participate in phases of a complex software systems development lifecycle (SDLC), leveraging our DevOps engineering processes and procedures while performing respective engineering activities.
Resolve software discrepancies and implement design changes for the CV-22, C-146, and AC/MC-130J Weapon System Trainers
* Collaborate with other program personnel, participating in cross functional Agile teams to include Hardware, Systems, Integration and Test, Cyber, and Configuration Management.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor's level degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics or related technical field
- Proficiency with at least one modern software language such as C++, C, C#, Java and/or Python
-Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of Agile, Atlassian tool suite (JIRA/Confluence/Bitbucket)
- Knowledge of Model Based Engineering (MBE), DOORs, Agile
- Experience with any of the following: Flight Simulation, Avionics, Electronic Warfare, RADAR simulation, Visual Systems, Visual and RADAR databases, moving models
- Docker, Ansible, GitLab
- Experience developing software on Linux and/or Windows operating systems
- Security+ Certification
-1 year of professional experience.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
