HR Tech Analyst - iCIMs

Large Banking Client

Duration: 12+ months

100% Remote - Must work EST timezone

Top Requirements:

• 3+ years of System Analysis or related experience
• HR Knowledge
• iCIMS preferred, UKG is also acceptable
• Large enterprise Experience- preferred

Responsibilities:

This Analyst will be part of our clients HR team that supports iCIMS. Primarily responsible for providing support including system administration and security. This is a visible role with direct contact with HR partners across the Bank.

System Support - Provides daily technical support for iCIMS by responding to inquiries and ensuring processes run smoothly. Assists in implementing recommended modifications and enhancements.

Leverage HR security policy and procedures to maintain appropriate access.

Reporting - Produces reports based on data analysis, user input, and system testing. Assists in the identification of potential issues or areas of improvement.
