About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Information Security Engineering manager within the Identity and Access Management organization to lead the engineering team for Cloud IAM and Directory Services. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for executing the organization’s cloud IAM strategy, focusing on Active Directory, Microsoft EntraID, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will lead and mentor a high-performing team of cloud engineers, on-premises Active Directory engineers as well as virtual directory engineers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and work with executive leadership to align initiatives with our business objectives.
In this role, you will:
Lead and oversee the engineering function to support strategic direction while ensuring high performance, security and scalability.
• Manage teams of security engineers that design, document, test, maintain and provide issue resolution and recommendations for highly complex security solutions related cloud and on-prem directory services as well as provide guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction.
· Oversee resource allocations to ensure commitments align with strategic objectives.
· Partner with the Product Managers/Owners to drive user satisfaction, influence technology requirements and priorities in the product roadmap and promote innovative and intelligent solutions while being a strong advocate of agile practices.
· Develop and implement strategies for the deployment, automation, monitoring, and ongoing optimization of infrastructure resources.
· Provide visionary leadership and collaborate across a wide array of partners and cross-functional teams to deliver compliant on-prem and Cloud Services, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications, US:
- 6+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of Management experience
- 4+ years Identity and Access Management experience with deep understanding of architecture as well as technical hands-on capabilities
- Experience and proficiency in Active Directory and virtual directories such as RadiantOne Virtual Directory and Oracle Unified Directory.
- Experience and proficiency in Azure (EntraID) and GCP based Identity infrastructure in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree or higher in information technology or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to demonstrate as required an in-depth knowledge of multiple Cloud services and security infrastructures as well as architecture, security, networking and automation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, executives and technical teams.
- Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are highly desirable.
- Proven ability to conceptualize, drive and deliver multiple projects on time.
- Experience in process improvement, solution implementation, and change management.
- Experience developing and leading teams towards delivery of security strategies for a large financial enterprise application in modern environments.
- Experience working in a regulated financial environment.
- Experience in working with SDLC, DevSecOps, agile, including supporting and/or using tools.
- Experience with privileged access management in Azure and Google cloud platform
- Experience with monitoring, Log Analytics and Alerts in cloud platform.
- Experienced with containerized applications.
Job Expectations:
- This role must to able to work in a hybrid environment with a requirement to be in the office at least three times per week in one of the listed locations
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00Benefits
