Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire in Grand Prairie, Texas is seeking Production Support Test Engineering Intern in the department responsible for supporting Production Test Engineering activities for multiple lines of Missiles and Rockets. This position requires integration, testing and fielding of software/hardware for a test set supporting production of various missiles and rockets. Candidate must understand electronics and associated testing methods. Candidate will be responsible for learning the process to plan and prepare for cables, ITA (Interface Test Adapter) and test set testing and troubleshooting, including reviewing schematics, determining the root cause and working with technicians perform the necessary repair. Candidate will also be responsible for creating necessary tools in NI TestStand or any other platform to increase the efficiency of troubleshooting process for Test Engineers.
Basic Qualifications:
Engineering student pursuing a bachelors degree in the field of Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.

Ability to obtain a security clearance.

- Lab equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, etc.)
- MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Able to support onsite duties
- C, C++, NI LabVIEW and NI Test Stand

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
