The high energy environment is one where the associates are empowered to lead and are expected to be responsible for good engineering practice but also need to collaborate with other groups outside of our hardware team.

• Assist in the Design, Prototype, and Testing of CPAP mask systems and sub-systems. Compile and analyze data to support mask and CPAP machine designs.
• Support small-scale fabrication and assembly of prototypes. Support bench testing and trialing of prototypes.
• Use critical thinking to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Deliver creative solutions to somewhat complex and subjective problems.

You're the right fit if:

• You are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Bioengineering or Plastics Engineering preferred)
• Knowledge of CAD (Pro-E), FEA and CFD, software desired

• Good communication and presentation skills for reporting project status
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Shipping/Warehousing position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 to $28.00, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Murrysville.
