Job Summary
Responsible for assisting in the design, planning and integration of system architectures and solutions for the Wholesale IP Voice team's application. Learning the operational aspects of the existing infrastructure and contributing to tasks and development efforts that push business efficiency forward is expected. Analytical rigor and focused data analysis to derive actionable fixes or improvements is also an expectation. This position will collaborate with a highly skilled team of professionals that provides effective solutions for the voice services industry and is trusted by some of the most prominent MVPDs, ILECs, CLECs, and OTT Telecom carriers.Job Description
Preferred Qualifications
Telephony and communications technology knowledge (experience with SIP/ISUP, NPANXXs, OCNs, LERG, MOU, ASR, etc.)
Experience with call routing platforms and/or voice traffic management
Knowledge of Ansible scripting and able to adjust templates and execution environment
Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI or other reporting and data extract summarization methods
Familiar with SQL Server: Stored Procedures, table creation, views, and SQL job control, and scripting in SQL
Knowledge of a code language such as Python, Java, Jscript, HTML, C#
Understanding of networks, firewalls infrastructure, Linux, and cybersecurity rules and processes
Key Competencies:
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving or trouble shooting skills with a consistent temperament to learn and understand the Wholesale IP Voice business
Expertise in Excel, SQL, database applications or other analytical tools used for modeling, report creation, and trend forecasting
Able to QA code and processes before pushing changes to live production environments and understand the value of and various ways to test new implementations in a highly sensitive production environment
An understanding of Virtual Machines and how to leverage this technology
Strong attention to details and solid analytical skills coupled with the ability to aggressively manage deadlines and goals
Ability to handle ambiguity, juggle many tasks at once and quickly shift from one situation or task to another
Willingness to learn specific business processes and affect positive change
Must be self-driven, consistent, and possess a strong business ethic. Needs to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment with high individual expectations

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $99,103.86 - $148,655.79
