Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment team as an Items Analyst Staff at our RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom location. This position will be responsible for assuring inventory sufficiency with respect to mission requirements throughout the life cycle of supported systems. Manages and controls the asset position of customer inventories, especially under the conditions of performance based logistics (PBL) and total system performance responsibility (TSPR) contracts. Makes and executes decisions for operating inventory to include suppliers, repair facilities, 3PLs and customer locations, including priority interpretation, inventory allocation and asset redistribution as necessary among sources of supply and military operating locations.

Other responsibilities include:
* Responds to military service inquiries; supports requests for proposals and provisioning determinations;
* Understands and uses various inventory optimization models;
* Forecasts and manages budget requirements;
* Interfaces with company and DoD information management systems;
* Ensures fidelity of asset identification;
* Resolves technical and support problems for assigned classes of items by actively interfacing engineering and suppliers;
* Prepares status reports and metrics relating to supplier performance and mission readiness.
* This will be a split shift position
* Must be a United States citizen. Must possess an active Secret Security Clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:

* Field Service Representative experience
* Experience with SAP and Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS)
* Minimum of 5 years of combined experience with Supply Chain Logistics and/or Inventory Management
* Experience with Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAPS) / High-priority requisition support and component repair cycle management
* Experience supporting Performance Based Logistics (PBL) or Supply Chain Management concepts and performance requirements
* Experience with data analysis and metrics development
* Must possess a Final Secret Security Clearance and must be a US Citizen.

* Experience with Microsoft Office applications
* Experience with 5th Generation Fighter Aircraft

* Demonstrated initiative with internal/external communications
* Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work, multi-task, and manage time effectively
