Job Description:
Our great client has an immediate REMOTE opening for a Java / Angular Consultant to support and maintain a Angular/Java web application. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, cloud infrastructure, and application maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Support:Provide ongoing support for the Angular/Java web application, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Maintenance:Perform regular maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and bug fixes.
- Monitoring:Monitor application performance and system health using AWS tools and services.
- Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaboration:Work closely with development teams to implement new features and improvements.
- Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation of support and maintenance activities.
- Security:Ensure the application adheres to security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Experience:Proven experience in supporting and maintaining Angular and Java-based web applications.
- AWS Expertise:Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, and Lambda.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in Angular, Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs.
- Problem-Solving:Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player:Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Certifications:AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer certification.
- DevOps:Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Database Management:Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
