Cleans and sweeps floors, walls, equipment, spouts and other designated surfaces and disposes of materials as instructed.

JOB DUTIES:

Sweep and clean floors, walls, and any other surfaces as designated by supervisor.
Feeds product back into mill process as instructed by supervisor.
Collects all waste material and removes to proper place.
Assists Operator in time of trouble. Does not answer bell but assists when Operator so requests.
Cleans roofs and perimeter areas where such areas present a sanitation problem
Monitors and maintains rodent control measures.
Records data and maintains records as instructed.
Performs janitorial duties as assigned. This includes but is not limited to maintaining cleanliness in and about offices, lunchrooms, restrooms and locker room areas.
Applies pesticides to floor areas, buildings and equipment as assigned.
Four (4) Sweepers will be designated as Fumigators and perform fumigating duties as assigned.
Changes air filters for air conditioners and equipment or area pressurization or vacuum systems.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
