Job Summary
Provides logistics support to NIWC PAC.
Telework is not supported. Travel is not required.
Responsibilities and Duties
Tracks CENTRIXS-M, CMV, CTF program of record systems, and OCF projects’ h/w and s/w, delivery to 998 or site. Works with CENTRIXS-M Engineers to verify received equipment. Accurate part numbers, quantities, etc. Works with PMW790 and CENTRIXS-M Integrated Project Team (IPT) for End of Life (EOL), End of Sale (EOS), and system degraders data calls. Configuration Management of planned (COP) and installed (MAINT) equipment Model-Based Product Support (MBPS). Pass required MBPS training to access MBPS logistician system. Assist CENTRIXS-M IPT on documentation required for MBPS compliance. User’s Logistics Support Summary (ULSS) updates (formal review/approval process), upload to MBPS. Ensures OM&S compliance. Coordinates with CB-ISEA (Sustainment/Maintenance team) to ensure h/w and s/w maintenance for CENTRIXS-M Project systems (warranty): Annual Cisco virtual account validation; Coordinating revalidation of requirements; Third party application licenses (SecureCRT, Office, etc); Inventory and tracking of equipment as it’s moved around 992 or within 998; 1149s Forms. Maintains Local Inventory List o racked /other permanent equipment in TDC Lab value < $5K o non-OM&S outside TDC lab. Barcoding (General Equipment / Plant Property) permanent equipment in TDC Lab value > $5K. Reviews Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) when applicable (Stage 2/ Stage 3). Working with CENTRIXS-M IPT Lead and Technical Design Agent (TDA) Lead. Assists with Obsolescence tracking (one goal is to also do this for Bill of Materials (BOM) review for new equipment, not just installed equipment). HVD (hardware device) and SVD (software) List updates. Uploads documents to SAILOR (ULSS specifies what kind of documents to post). Work with CENTRIXS-M IPT on: Fleet Readiness Certification Board (FRCB) process. Complete required logistician files needed for FRCB. (ex: ULSS and MBPS Work file); IMS Logistics Tasks; Inputs into WIPT Weekly Meetings (Weekly/as needed: procurement delivery status, Monthly: CMV ILS, Obsolescence; Quarterly: Obsolescence at sites, Quarterly Logistics Review) o Attend CENTRIXS-M and PMW790 Program meetings as required (WIPTs, Planning, CMV ILS, Obsolescence, etc).

Must have at least one (1) year of experience with Logistics and CENTRIX.
