Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for Manager Supply Chain Programs 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in the Global Supply Chain Program Management organization. The positions will be onsite in Palmdale, CA.

Essential Functions:

• This role is part of the GSC Program Management team and will be challenged to resolve issues and implement solutions, in a quick fast-paced environment - including process improvements, tools, metrics, data integration, and coordination and collaboration with key GSC and program stakeholders.
• Accountable for the overall management, strategy, integration, planning, and execution of all GSC functions on a Restricted Program and in a specific area of manufacturing or flight test.
• Coordinates cross-functionally to ensure that all supply chain commitments are met, and that appropriate integrated mitigation or opportunity plans are developed and executed to address any organizational or programmatic risks and opportunities related to procurement supply chain.
• The Manager will serve as a focal point with Responsibility Accountability and Action (RAA) to the Section Leader within GSCPM team.
• Responsible for developing and executing GSC strategies to support the build process on the program, with focus on achieving affordability, operational efficiency, safety and first-time quality targets.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, OR a Master's Degree with at least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment OR High School Diploma/Equivalent with at least 9 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment
• Must have Supply Chain experience
• Must have a minimum of 4 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects
• At minimum, an active DoD Secret level clearance is required to apply and to start the role, with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needs
Preferred Qualifications:

• Special Program Access
• Experience interfacing and briefing stakeholders.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• Previous experience in Supply Chain
• Experience working on restricted programs
• SAP experience
Salary Range: $142,200 - $213,400
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
