WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Manufacturing/Tool Planning, Pre-Planning, and Tooling across AMMM, F-35, and Fort Worth/Palmdale Programs.
* Contribute to the development of innovative concepts, techniques, and standards to improve processes.
* Provide training and implementation planning for special projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Act as SAP super-user, offering critical support to all Planning departments in Marietta and liaising with the OneAero (SAP) Core group.
* Monitor and address Planning-to-SAP interface errors and information reports, driving actions based on report findings.
* Own key SAP processes, including ZPPCAPPERR transaction code, Parameter Effectivity Mismatch DSP Report, and SAP BOM/Routing maintenance.
* Review and assess IT requests to determine interface requirements for SAP integration.
* Lead Spec Prod activities for core process changes, ensuring coordination and alignment across teams.
* Develop and maintain planning processes and procedures, with a focus on PM-9003 compliance.
* Manage raw material setup and maintenance within SAP for efficient planning operations.

This position is in Marietta, GA Discover Marietta.
Basic Qualifications:
* Manufacturing Planning discipline experience

* Knowledge of Manufacturing Bills of Material principles

* Experience reviewing, authoring, and releasing command media in alignment with AS9100 Planning
requirements

* MES-ERP business processes experience (CAPP-to-SAP or related programs acceptable)
Desired skills are additional skills that are nice to have and help narrow down a qualified candidate pool.
Desired Skills:
* Ability to work cross-functionally within the Manufacturing Engineering organizations.

* Experience standardizing processes, training, and tools across multiple sites and multiple programs.

* Experience developing and managing command media for manufacturing planning aligning with AS9100
standards

* Experience creating corrective action plans and driving plan to closure in response to internal and external
audit findings.

* Experience writing requirements for Spec Prod Planning automation requests.

* Experience with Tableau for data analysis of planning info in support of leadership.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
