THE WORK
This is a Manufacturing Engineering position for supporting the Blade Product Center Clean room IPT manufacturing operations. Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing planning background for developing documentation, procedures and tooling philosophies is required. Must have excellent communication, problem solving skills, and professional presence. Familiarity with composite manufacturing and associated tooling is desired.

Basic Qualifications:
* 10+ years manufacturing experience
* 5 years of advanced composite experience with composite blade manufacturing.
* 5 years of advanced manufacturing techniques development and implementation
* Bachelor's Degree
* Has critical skills needed to oversee specialized spar fabrication equipment.
* SME (subject matter expert) in the field of composite manufacturing.
Desired Skills:

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
