WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Lead and manage salaried supervisors and specialists supporting production, sustainment, and flight test operations.
* Oversee operations across multiple sites, including Fort Worth, TX, and Marietta, GA.
* Provide direction to subordinates based on company policies, procedures, and management guidance.
* Understand and evaluate the financial impacts of team decisions on business outcomes.
* Develop strategic planning practices and recommend modifications to operating policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
* Foster teamwork, build effective relationships, and energize teams to achieve successful results.
* Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
* Maintain frequent contact with internal personnel, industry peers, and customers at various management levels regarding operations and project scheduling.
* Conduct briefings and participate in both technical and non-technical meetings.
* Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of manufacturing and sustainment processes, MRP systems, Subcontract Management (SCM) tools, and procurement practices.
* Serve as an advisor to other departments and external customers on tasks, projects, and operations, with a focus on procurement, commodities, assembly, fabrication, and sustainment.
* Engage actively in daily operations within a high-volume, fast-paced environment, ensuring hands-on participation to meet critical schedules and resolve complex problems.
* Lead and manage a team of skilled, experienced professionals to achieve company goals and objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
* Leadership/Supervisory experience.
* Experience in procurement (engineering release, bill of material structure, &/or shop floor operating processes.)
* Experience with SAP operating software, including transactional acumen and data elements available for report/metric development.
* Data manipulation background using Microsoft Office
Desired Skills:
-Knowledge of management in a union environment (union guidelines, policies, etc.) and demonstrated leadership skills to manage represented and non-represented personnel.
- Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills.
- Experience managing direct and indirect resources to achieve operational objectives
- Demonstrated experience standardizing and improving operational processes
- Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and business model
- Requirements understanding with a background in aggregate demand and supply

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
