Job Title: Salesforce CRM Administrator
Location:100% Remote (EST)
Compensation:$88,000 - $99,000 ( Experience Dependent )
Layout:Full-Time Employment
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, or related discipline
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or similar role
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM system administration
- Strong ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics D365 preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
Responsibilities
- Provide administration and management support of the Salesforce CRM system ensuring that it is configured and optimized to maximize the effectiveness of the sales teams.
- Responsible for improving operational efficiency, providing analytical support, and assisting with strategy execution to help the organization achieve its sales goals.
- Develop and maintain high quality management reports that will be used to make decisions, prioritize resources and pay commissions.
- Work cross-functionally to identify, develop and deploy new business processes within and/or related to Salesforce.
- Analyze, refine, and implement effective sales processes to improve efficiency and results with a focus on automation.
- Build and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and Salesforce configuration.
- Work closely with the engineering and sales team to ensure that maintenance and SaaS agreements are tracked and extensions and renewals are generated.
- Develop tools, methodologies and processes to improve & streamline operations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Participate in the implementation of new Salesforce features and functionalities to improve user experience and efficiency.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and manage Salesforce projects efficiently.
- Produce and maintain sales dashboards and commission reports for leadership and sales teams.
- Provide strategic thinking with a focus on driving business growth and efficiency.
