Salary range is:
$115,564.00 - $160,000.00This position is bonus and/or commission eligible.

The Role
CCC is seeking a team member who is solution-oriented, innovative, and collaborative with an extensive background in the Auto Insurance Claims Industry to join our growing SaaS business.CCC's Solutions & Consulting (“S&C”) team provides consulting services to our clients, including process optimization, solution implementation and configuration, and data and performance analysis.
Additionally, S&C contributes to the sales process through serving as product experts, providing product overviews and demos to showcase key benefits, and developing business cases to justify investment in CCC's products (ROI formulation).
In this role an individual will be exposed to innovative technologies and cross-functional teams across Product Management, Product Development, Product Sales, Account Management and Marketing.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in leading cross-functional projects, executing on key strategies, and managing external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes with strong buy-in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a recognized Casualty product and industry expert and client-facing advocate to support sales and expedite future growth.
- Create value propositions, business cases, ROIs, and strategic sales collateral leveraging strong understanding of auto casualty claims and optimization of workflow.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Product Management, Sales, and Marketing) to drive customer and product needs.
- Effectively lead Casualty process reviews and compile detailed business requirements that can be utilized by product and implementation teams to successfully deploy insurance carriers on CCC’s platform.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with business partners, senior executives, developers, and other cross-functional team members.
- Leverage strategic and operational business consulting skills to help clients improve their claim outcomes, operational efficiencies, and customer service.
- Partner with prospective and current customers to identify and evaluate opportunities for performance improvement.
- Analyze client’s financial and operational performance, evaluate business processes and operations, and recommend solutions to improve customer satisfaction, indemnity accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Stay up to date on emerging industry trends and technologies to meet industry demands.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships via internal mentorship and networking.
- Comfortable leading a team and working through key initiatives
Requirements:
- An undergraduate degree is required; MBA preferred.
- 10+ Years P&C Insurance Industry Experience. Deep knowledge of Personal Auto Lines, including 3rd Party Bodily Injury and/or 1st Party Personal Injury Protection. Prior experience in Claims Process & Strategy preferred.
- Technical acumen and deep understanding of P&C insurance operations.
- Adept at business case requirement gathering, including ability to confidently draw out necessary data by asking questions that lead to meaningful conclusions.
- Ability to identify and evaluate performance improvement opportunities, leveraging financial and operational metrics.
- Business process design and complex business modeling experience including ease and comfort leveraging data to draw and support conclusions from analysis
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including aptitude in Excel and PowerPoint to succinctly summarize data, create compelling visuals, and present in front of internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate and influence internally across functional and technology service groups.
- Ability to facilitate complex problem-solving sessions with varied stakeholder groups to drive solutions.
- Drive and support large scale rollouts of SaaS solutions.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into user-friendly technical solutions; specifically, insurance-related concepts.
