As a business process automation engineer, you will become a key member of the Process Automation team at Lockheed Martin. This function will work in the Aeronautics business unit to identify and deliver results on high-impact projects leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other advanced technologies.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in process design and process improvement.

Functional experience in either engineering, supply chain, production, sustainment, finance or program management.

Bachelors degree or above in a technical engineering discipline, business administration, finance or supply chain, similar degree considered
Desired Skills:
Working knowledge of analytics, data management, statistics, accounting, and computer applications.

Experience with development of key performance indicators and supporting analytics.

Experience coordinating work while communicating with multidisciplinary project teams consisting of teammates, end-users and leadership.

Requires excellent written, verbal analytical and communications skills.

Industrial engineering or engineering degree.

Experienced in development of SQL or Hana queries.

Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation and Blue Prism software.

Familiarity with agile development.

Experience with change management.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
