Program Integrator - Level 2

What You Will Be Doing

* Supports the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between program management, project team, and engineering.
* Act as Control Account Manager for Labor and Material accounts.
* Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
* Tracks and assesses project issues and helps develops resolutions to meet program milestones, client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
* Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with program managers.

Basic Qualifications:
* Experience collecting and inputting data into actionable reports
* Proficient with MS Office products with emphasis on Excel (e.g. pivot tables, graphs, and macros)
* Experience creating and verifying reports from databases
Desired Skills:
* Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college
* Familiar with F-35
* Prior experience as Control Account Manager
* Experience with databases and dashboards (ex. Tableau)
* Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) tools (ex. Empower)
* Experience communicating/presenting to senior leadership in support of program reviews (ex CEI, CEAC, IBR)
* Active Secret Clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
