- data mapping,
- organizational change management,
- navigating complex political and legal landscapes to support the integration of technology and operational infrastructure following a large-scale merger of two enterprise organizations.

Overview:
This position will be critical in delivering new data mapping technology, systems, and reporting solutions to support the re-bannering of newly acquired retail sites and ensuring that both operational and technological changes align across multiple functions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, technical acumen, and a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams to drive large-scale transformations in complex environments. This individual will support Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders across multiple Merchandising Domains to successfully implement and integrate solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and successful outcomes.
RequiredExperience:
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex programs in highly political and legally sensitive environments.
- Extensive experience with data mapping, heavy finance and accounting, supply chain management, and merger integrations.
- Demonstrated success in delivering technology-driven transformations in the retail or merchandising sectors.
- Familiarity with system integrations, PowerBI reporting, and operational change management within large organizations.
- Strong knowledge of data integration, algorithm development, and data mapping techniques.
- Experience in technology delivery, including consumer-facing systems, infrastructure changes, and reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with supply chain, manufacturing, and finance systems integration, especially in a retail environment.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership capabilities: Ability to lead teams through complex changes, inspire collaboration, and drive results.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and managing risks.
- Ability to ask insightful questions and challenge assumptions to ensure the program is delivered successfully.
- Highly organized and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Work with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers across multiple Merchandising Domains and teams to help deliver new data mapping technology to support the newly merged Company.
- Work with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers across multiple Merchandising Domains and teams to help deliver technology that supports re--bannering newly acquired stores for the newly merged Company.
- Work with other Merchandising Pillar PgMs and IMO Leaders to ensure weekly and executive status is accurate and audience appropriate.
- Work cross-functionally to deliver technology with multiple dependencies on other technology pillars.
- Mentor and coach Project Managers within the program.
- Establish and update project and program plans with actual and forecasts and manage deviations from plan and program parameters.
- Ensure all program and project requirements and/or objectives are properly documented and vigorously pursued to deliver the final product.
- Deliver to time and cost within agreed tolerances for projects/programs.
- Provide leadership for project managers and stakeholders and apply conflict resolution skills to resolve program and project issues.
- Manage program and project risk, develop mitigation plans, and escalate decisions and unresolved issues as needed.
- Create and track schedules, budget, risks, and issues.
- Maintain program level communications with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Work with peers to develop and drive goals, define technical specifications and detailed implementation plans for projects/programs.
- Effectively apply skills to impact program decisions.
- Focus on the benefits to be realized and the outcomes to be achieved.
- Provide coordination of complex planning activities and optimize the use of resources (human and material).
- Provide for an integration of outcomes with on-going business operations.
- Manage issues as they arise among the program's component projects.
- Track project's contributions to the program and toward the organizations' overall benefits and work to ensure the ultimate success and acceptance of the program.
- Maintain continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives and make recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent.
