Please note, this will be a flexible hybrid position in either the Charlotte or NYC office.
The Project Manager will be a member of the Digital Workplace Services - Project Management team and will be aligned with multiple Engineers in the Collaboration Engineering tower to assist in project definition, project execution, and embracing agile best practices. The Project Manager will drive work with multiple stakeholders and supporting teams including, Engineering, Operations, Cybersecurity, Product Management, and Desktop Support. The Project Manager needs to have an agile mindset and be adept at project governance within a Hybrid and Agile framework. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Product team to develop product roadmaps, facilitating product backlog refinement, planning releases and design sprints, generating weekly project reports, and establishing a sustainable product development cadence.
The project manager must possess excellent documentation skills through all stages of the project, solicit and document decisions, provide consistent reporting to leadership, and maintain an organized file repository. Additionally, the project manager will collaborate with the Operations team to successfully implement projects and ensure they meet the Operationalization and PM Framework acceptance criteria.
General responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other PMs and PMO to ensure hybrid and agile process-adherence
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, decision-making, and conflict resolution
- Create a positive, collaborative, and cohesive project environment
- Manage project commitments and deliverables
- Remove impediments and mitigate risks and dependencies
- Enhance accountability, transparency, and adaptability throughout all stages of the project
- Drive communication and publicize information across towers, leadership, stakeholders, and engineers to ensure transparency from project initiation through operationalization
- Assist in team delivery of initiatives while holding internal and external teams accountable for their commitments
- Facilitate Mergers and Acquisitions integrations into Moody's M365 environment
- Leverage organizational resources to improve capacity for project work
- Communicating asynchronously with project team members and stakeholders
- Work with vendors and ensure accountability for outstanding issue resolution and project deliverables and timelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven 3-5 years in a collaboration services and/or engineering Project Manager role
- Knowledge of MS Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, Mobility, and M365 suite
- Lead the planning, assessments, and implementation of key digital projects within the Collaboration Engineering platforms
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills
- Strong familiarity with Hybrid and Agile frameworks - Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban
- Scrum Master certification and agile project management experience a plus
- Strong track record with managing complex and fast-paced projects
- Ability to proactively execute on project needs
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Good reasoning skills with the ability to solve problems effectively and creatively
- Experience in managing projects across cross-functional teams
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans, working drawings and schematics
- Excellent vendor management
- Ability to handle scope changes and communicate adjustments effectively
- Working understanding of network principles in reference to delivering conference rooms/telephony solutions
- Jira, Confluence, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, MS Project skills

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is [[88,000 - [[130,000, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
