Our LT-IAMD Datalink team is seeking an RF Datalink Engineer in beautiful Grand Prairie, Texas!


What You Will Be Doing

Major tasks include RF system architecture & requirements definition, RF system performance modeling & analysis, and system integration & test support.

Additional activities include design evaluation, coordination of test activities across various functions, providing inputs to formal documentation, and support of system/subsystem/component trade studies.

Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

- RF architecture/Communications architecture experience required

- RF/Communications systems verification testing experience required

- Experience with RF test equipment and RF hardware verification

- Excellent oral and written communication skills required

- Must possess a secret clearance

- Ability to travel as required
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of RF/Communications protocols, waveforms, and algorithm development

- Experience in RF circuit design and RF PCB design

- Experience in SystemVue or AWR VSS

- Experience in ADS or AWR Microwave Office

-Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
