As a Secretary/Receptionist at our Oil Field Equipment Supply Company, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and visitors. You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, handling incoming communications, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Handle email correspondence and route messages to appropriate personnel.
- Greet visitors, clients, and suppliers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist visitors by providing directions, answering questions, and ensuring they are connected with the appropriate staff members.
- Maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
