Serve as a security subject matter expert collaborating with security stakeholders in different Utility departments. Assist with the development, preparation and implementation of security policies and procedures. Provide leadership and direction to contract physical security guards. Coordinate the security programs to promote and ensure a safe working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Public Administration, or other related field. Demonstrated experience in security, law enforcement, or related field. Strong working knowledge of physical security systems, security protocols and processes, and emergency preparedness.

SALARY:
Salary ranges are market based and established annually. With full competency in the role and satisfactory performance the target is midpoint within the established range.
