Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
Location: FCP 2x/week
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and data-savvy Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our Advisory Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of products, data transformation, and trading systems. This role requires excellent communication skills to liaise between business and developers, as well as the ability to mine and analyze large datasets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Query and mine data, run millions of records, and provide insights.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a pulse on all products and data-related activities.
- Communication: Speak to business and developers, negotiate, and be resourceful.
- Recommendations: Convince stakeholders and provide recommendations in the tech front of house.
- Data Transformation: Ensure effective data transformation processes.
- Trading Systems: Utilize relevant trading systems and tools.
- Corporate Treasury Support: Align with the Corporate Treasury team to manage liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and financial risk management.
- TSYS Platform: Work with TSYS payment processing systems, including integration and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data analysis and product management.
- Strong understanding of liquidity, funds, and data transformation.
- Ability to prototype data and manage information security.
- Excellent negotiation and resourcefulness skills.
- Familiarity with trading systems and mapping tools.
- Experience in supporting Corporate Treasury functions, including liquidity management and financial risk mitigation.
- Direct experience with TSYS payment processing systems, including credit card programs, system integration, and regulatory compliance.
