POSITION SUMMARY: The planning team of The Azek Company is seeking a Senior Demand and Supply Planner to develop and implement effective demand planning and inventory management strategies across the organization. In this pivotal role, your expertise will drive the efficiency and accuracy of supply chain operations, ensuring optimal product availability across our multi-site manufacturing facilities. RESPONSIBILITIES QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. The degree requirement may be waived if the candidate can demonstrate relevant transferable skills. Preferred Professional Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years in SI&OP, production, demand, or supply planning within a multi-site manufacturing environment. Preferred Professional Skills: Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of demand planning and inventory management methods and procedures. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities, including the capability to explain data and findings toa non-technical audience. Analytical Abilities: Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking, and data analysis. Collaboration: Ability to collaborate and build relationships with both internal team members and external partners. Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities. Problem Solving: Ability to identify problems, analyst and evaluate information, and determine effective solutions. The annual salary for this role based in Eagan, MN is $74,300 to $119,500 In addition to base salary, we offer generous bonus and incentive opportunities that significantly increase earning potential.
