The Senior Software Engineer is a hands-on engineer who works from design through implementation of standalone features for the MA Platform. In this role you will be expected to be a full life cycle engineer, and present designs, perform peer code reviews and work collaboratively with your team and across teams to drive initiatives/features. This is a hands-on position where you will do everything from designing and building components and cutting-edge features to formulating strategy and direction within the Org. You need to not only be a top developer with excellent programming skills and a stellar record of delivery but also excel at communication and customer obsession. You are empowered to build best in class solutions working with architects both within the team and outside and will be responsible for your work end-to-end. You are expected to be independent yet collaborative ensuring that your deliverables fit into the overall teams' commitments.

About the team The Platform Elements Team is accountable for providing comprehensive support for all Moody's products. This team offers a variety of services, including authentication, entitlements, metering, and infrastructure support. The current job opening is specifically for the Identity Management Service, which is responsible for delivering single sign-on, user management, and access control for all Moody's customers when they interact with Moody's products. |
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $112,000 - $184,950, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a completion bonus. Moody's also offers insurance and a discounted employee stock purchase plan for limited duration employees.
