Our client’s UX writing team is seeking a strategic, senior-level UX writer with a passion for content strategy. In partnership with UX designers you'll create best-in-class app experiences across the diverse global audiences of our client’s delivery experience. You'll work alongside researchers, product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional partners to make shopping easy and joyful for customers, help delivery drivers complete their routes safely, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear, concise, and effective UX content, with an emphasis on mobile apps.
- Iterate quickly based on data-driven audience insights and internal feedback.
- Lead content strategy on highly complex, high-profile initiatives.
- Work in close collaboration with UX designers, product partners, and other stakeholders, primarily in Figma.
- Scale yourself via partner education and formal documentation of UX writing best practices.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional UX writing experience required.
- B2C ecommerce experience preferred.
- While this contract does not have strict in-office requirements, you must reside within commuting distance of our offices in Bellevue, WA, USA and be able to collaborate in person on a frequent basis.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $57.48 to $63.87 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
