Job Description:

Position:Sr. Instructional Designer
Location:fully remote, EST / CT required, core business hrs
Duration:3 mo contract, could extend
Pay Rate Range:$40-$45 / hr based on experience / qualifications.
Project Description: We are looking for acontractor to help out with training requests for a sales and services team..
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like: responsibilities include meeting with Subject Matter Experts (potentially a day of shadowing a field associate local to them), scripting/storyboarding content, building/development of content including video, elearning, and job aids.

Requirements:
- Effective Written and Verbal Communication
- Problem Solving and Critical Thinking
- Agility/ Flexibility
- ideally3+ years of experiencein training delivery and/or instructional design experience required; preferably for a large multi-state and/or global company (this includes developing training materials and content, online/e-learning modules, instructor-led materials, job aids, online tutorials, multimedia products (video, graphic, audio) and other training assets).
- ideally 3+ yearsExperience successfully managing multiple priorities & projects through successful delivery & implementation under time, budget, and political pressure
