Job Title: SharePoint Developer Lead – Intranet Site Development & Maintenance

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer who specializes in the development and maintenance of Microsoft SharePoint Online environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with modern SharePoint, SharePoint Search, and the SharePoint Framework (SPFx). This role requires expertise in PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Power Automate flows, client-side scripting, the Angular framework, and responsive UI designing using Bootstrap. As a Developer Lead , you will oversee the development, enhancement, and maintenance of our intranet site, ensuring it meets business needs and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop, manage, and maintain SharePoint Online sites and modern SharePoint solutions.

 Implement and configure SharePoint Search to enhance document retrieval and user experience.

 Utilize SPFx for custom web part development and extension of SharePoint capabilities.

 Create and manage Power Automate flows to automate business processes.

 Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for administrative tasks and automation.

 Develop client-side scripts using JavaScript and jQuery to enhance SharePoint functionality.

 Utilize the Angular framework for building robust and dynamic web applications.

 Design user interfaces (UI) with Bootstrap to ensure responsive and mobile-friendly designs.

 Work with media queries to create responsive designs that adapt to various screen sizes.

 Ensure the intranet site is secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and implement new features.

 Manage a team of developers, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and code reviews.

 Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions for intranet-related problems.

 Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.

 Integrate third-party tools and services to enhance intranet functionality.

 Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, architecture, and processes.

 Ensure compliance with internal security policies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 5+ years of experience in SharePoint administration, development, or related roles.

 Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Online, modern SharePoint, and SPFx.

 Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Power Automate flows.

 Skilled in client-side scripting, including JavaScript and jQuery.

 Experience with the Angular framework and AngularJS.

 Expertise in UI design with Bootstrap and responsive design techniques.

 Familiarity with working on media queries for responsive design.

 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint and Power Platform.

 Experience with other Azure services and integrations.

 Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).

 Knowledge of API development and integration.

 Experience with Agile development methodologies.

 Previous experience developing enterprise-level intranet solutions
