KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Plan and drive execution of engineering projects related to the development of wheel and brake solutions.
* Manage project costs, resources, and schedules and report out to stakeholders.
* Employ PM tools and development processes such as work-breakdown-structure (WBS), basis-of-estimate (BOE) management, requirements management, scheduling, and cost management.
* Coordinate with various discipline engineering team members to solve challenging technical requirements and problems.
* Coordinate new product procurement and product launch activities.

YOU MUST HAVE:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
* 5+ year(s) technical project and/or program management experience.

WE VALUE:
* Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field, preferably Mechanical, Material or Aerospace.
* 7+ years of project engineering or program management experience with direct customer interaction or support.
* Planning / Estimation, including resource, material, capital, and other needs.
* Scheduling, including resource-loading and critical path analysis.
* Risk Management
* Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
* Business acumen and knowledge of current and emerging practices, methods, and information relevant to the aerospace industry.
* Ability to redefine an optimal balance of engineering speed, agility, and quality of work.
* Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking, and ability to adjust priorities quickly.
* Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
