Who You Are

The right Global Supply Chain Logistics Integrator, has the potential to grow into the technical lead overseeing all DD250 processing and expanding into all areas of the 3PL sustainment operations.

What You Will Be Doing

This position will be a Lockheed Martin Onsite Integrator for the Global Logistics Center located at the Golden Triangle facility in North Fort Worth at our 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) Operations Center. Travel to the other Lockheed Martin locations for periodic team meetings, customer meetings and workshops will be required. In this position you will be responsible for the integration with the internal and external customers including, but not limited to Sustainment Supply, Property Management, Procurement, IC&A, LM QA, DCMA, LRRA, QCRA and our 3PL Provider to ensure kits are built and delivered to meet our customer's requirements. This position will be responsible for compiling and communicating all kit related metrics and leading weekly kit status meetings. In this position you will also assist with the DD250 spares process and assist with government owned and LM owned grief. In this position you work with our Grief integrator by engaging with buyers and our 3PL to resolve Grief items expeditiously. This position will assist the Grief integrators with identifying suppliers causing Grief, reasons for the Grief and communicating data back to the buyers and LM QA to reduce future Grief. This position will also lead special projects to drive performance and improve processes within the 3PL sustainment warehouses.

Basic Qualifications:
* Experience of supply chain / procurement / buying, kit management or warehouse operations.

* Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Access, Excel and PowerPoint

* Experience working with 3rd Party Logistics providers (3PL)

* SAP experience
Desired Skills:
* Six Sigma Greenbelt, Blackbelt or Project Management Certification

* Degree in supply chain management, business administration, project management or associated field

* Warehouse Management, including Inventory Accuracy, Cycle Counting, Receiving, Picking, Shipping, Safety and Compliance Requirements

* SAP Warehouse Management Systems Experience

* Transportation Management System (TMS) experience

* Experience analyzing data, escalating information appropriately and driving solutions

* Experience bonded warehouse material management

* Experience developing presentations and conducting briefings, to all levels of the organization

* Experience interfacing and presenting to clients & DCMA

* Experience working Grief (Receiving Issues)

* Experience with 3PL Kitting and DD250 processes

* Experience using SAP & Tableau Metrics gathering and analysis

* Experience with continuous improvement activities

* Familiar with 3PL SOW & Contracts

* Experience answering audit corrective action requests

* Leadership and mentoring experience in a warehouse environment

* Inventory Management Experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
