Who You Are

As part of Global Supply Chain's (GSC) Airframe Team as a Subcontract Management Senior associate you'll be a member of the team supporting Production and Sustainment efforts related to multiple LM Aero Programs.

What You Will Be Doing

Within this role, you will lead activities that include but not limited to: preparing requests for proposals, evaluating subcontractor proposals related to production and/or sustainment, developing cost/price analysis, negotiations, purchase order and contract creation/documentation, purchase order maintenance, managing contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands, understanding procurement activity under the guidance of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS), and communicate across multi-functions and multi-level platforms.

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
* Experience in subcontract management or supply chain management
* Experience working with price analysis and negotiations
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Desired Skills:
* Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
* Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
