Description:Participate in the SEAD Leadership Program. LM's Global Sustainment Organization invites entry level and early career employees to join the Sustainment Employee Advanced Development (SEAD) Program. SEAD is a three-year rotational program designed for high potential candidates who aspire to take on future Sustainment related leadership positions. SEAD will consist of 3 one-year rotations in Sustainment disciplines such as Sustainment Operations, Information Systems & Innovation, Supply Chain Management & Depot Operations, Field Sustainment, Courseware & Training and Technical Publications. Participants will also gain exposure to Program Integration skillsets, including Project Management, Proposal Management, Earned Value, Subcontract Managements and Quality. A cross functional business capstone project will be completed by the 3rd year. Participants will also have tremendous opportunities for team leadership training, networking, mentorship, and volunteering. Upon completion, participants will have gained a broad Sustainment knowledge base and will then be encouraged to pursue a career path within one of the Sustainment disciplines.

Basic Qualifications:
* Master's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience
* Detail oriented, team oriented and strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to effectively work with internal & external customers
* Ability to work independently and work with limited direction to accomplish project goals
* Ability to multi-task efficiently and exhibit effective problem solving and process improvement skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focusing on innovative systems solutions
* Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
* MS Office Proficient (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
* 0-3 years of experience
* Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $61,300 - $117,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
