We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technology Infrastructure Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in public cloud service providers, private cloud capabilities, and hybrid cloud benefits. This role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure technologies across compute, storage, and networking. The candidate will be responsible for leading Infrastructure & Cloud engineering, architecture, and operations management within our technology services group.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management Skills:

Provide leadership and guidance to the infrastructure team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the technology infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
Manage monitoring and management tools for infrastructure, including application performance monitoring, network monitoring, and IT service management (ITSM) tools.
Develop and implement incident and change management processes to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize downtime.
Manage infrastructure provisioning and configuration using automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
Ensure compliance with industry-specific standards and best practices, including security and data protection requirements.

Engineering Skills:

Design, implement, and manage compute infrastructure, including servers, virtual machines, and processing power across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Develop and maintain storage solutions such as SAN, NAS, object storage, and cloud-based storage services.
Proficiency cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud is essential. This includes understanding their services for computing, storage, database management, and networking.
Utilize virtualization technologies like VMware or AHV for managing virtual resources.
Implement containerization platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker for managing containerized applications.
Ensure data protection through backup, disaster recovery, and encryption services.

Architecture Skills:

Develop and maintain a robust architecture for public, private, and hybrid cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration and interoperability.
Design and implement scalable and secure infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement infrastructure strategies that align with organizational goals.
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools to enhance infrastructure capabilities and performance.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure architecture, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in technology infrastructure engineering, architecture, and operations management.
Extensive knowledge of public cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), private cloud capabilities, and hybrid cloud benefits.
Strong expertise in compute infrastructure, storage infrastructure, and networking infrastructure.
Proficiency in virtualization and containerization technologies.
Experience with monitoring and management tools, ITSM tools, and automation tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
Experience in the financial industry or a similar highly regulated environment.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and continuous deployment.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $228K - $295K, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
